What is the most comfortable heel height for women's dress shoes and what are the differences between wearing high heels and lower heels?

I know three inches or four even five some girls can handle that, but it's bad for your health over a long period of time. I used to wear 3 in when I was in my twenties and luckily I haven't had any back problems yet. For short periods of time you can wear four or five inch heels but forget about trying to dance wearing heels that high unless you're a professional.. if you know what I mean. I'll stick with 2 in probably until I leave the planet. I think they're just the right height and they don't bother my back at all. I hope this answers your question
Well, I can only speak for me and I will say 2 in is about as high as I can handle being on my feet all day at my age which I will not disclose !
